With an unwavering commitment to sustainability, he endeavours to create delectable experiences by employing organic local ingredients and offering a range of seasonally inspired brews. Each carefully curated creation is meticulously handcrafted and available in select local bars, cellars, restaurants, and organic stores.
Taking sustainability an extra step, La Brasserie Artisanale de Nice delivers its products throughout Nice via electric cargo bikes, significantly reducing the carbon footprint associated with transportation.
To enhance accessibility and convenience, Olivier recently launched an online store featuring a ‘Click & Collect’ service, and the option for a home delivery service; effectively bridging the gap between his brewery and beer enthusiasts. With the support of Sébastien Tora, a student specialising in Communication and Digital Marketing, this novel service is slowly growing. Together, Sébastien and Olivier strive to redefine the boundaries of beer appreciation, and foster a close bond between La Brasserie Artisanale de Nice and its clients.
