Domaine du Piechal

For over 15 years, a husband-and-wife duo has run this Provençal olive grove with love and intent. 

Nestled in limestone-rich soil, their 1200 self-pollinating trees yield oil, jams and table olives grown under sustainable Mediterranean conditions. 

Harvested by hand and sorted with care, the olives are processed on site – ensuring full quality control. Their yield may be modest, but their vision is expansive: transforming byproducts into fertiliser, developing olive-based cosmetics, and collaborating with local artisans to create seasonal tapenades and orange blossom wines. 

With limited yet in-demand stock and no bulk sales, they remain true full process producers in the region – guardians of tradition in a fast moving world.
